ABOUT me
Hi! I’m Aila Wammer, a first-year Product Design student at the University of Oregon’s School of Design. I am originally from Portland, but I am now based in Eugene.
I've been doing product design and art for over 8 years and my interests span outdoor gear and sustainable product design, but I also love diving into soft goods and apparel, graphic design, painting, metalwork, furniture, ceramics, and photography. Whether I’m sketching ideas or getting hands-on in the studio, I’m always driven to craft products that are not only functional and beautiful—but also sustainable and long-lasting.
Seeing my ideas come to life through physical objects constantly inspires me to keep creating. I strive to design products that feel meaningful and special—things people can connect with, use, and love for a long time.
